3. Project Qualified Lead (PQL): We offer people of interest level to use the service for free for some time, from there we will call all the people who will sign-up for free use then Product Qualified Lead.



4. Service Qualified Lead: We will give free do use to those who will pay to take the paid service after the expiration date, then we will count as Service Qualified Lead.
